  • Shilajit amount per serving — the declared shilajit amount for the stated number of capsules, usually in milligrams. Keep the unit consistent.

Fulvic acid is a family of humic compounds associated with shilajit, and some labels declare a fulvic-acid percentage or claim a standardized level. A declared or tested fulvic-acid figure is a product characteristic to compare — but the claim alone is not a quality verdict, and a higher number is not automatically better.

  • Method matters — fulvic-acid content can be measured in different ways, and results are not always directly comparable across products or labs. Where a method is stated, note it; where it is not, treat the figure cautiously.
